Tubewinder Belt Installation and Set Up Instructions

• Start belt tension VERY SLACK. Belt covers have very high coefficient of friction and when new can grab.
• Tension belt which easily wraps around mandrel until it takes hold of paper. Let this setting remain for 2-3 weeks.
• Thereafter tension belt slightly to meet your production needs.
• We cannot be responsible for belt breakage due to grabbing mandrel through overtensioning and lack of following above instructions.

Note: Start the rough side of these belts down around the mandrel. Run this side down to the cord center. Turn the belt over and run down to the cord center. This will give you maximum service life and performance from the belt.
